Why HSE Differently?
The HSE discipline is currently undergoing a rapid transformation from a compliance-based style to a rigorous, dynamic and more agile approach. There are many new ideas and initiatives such as Just Culture, Safety Leadership, Safety Coaching and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) that support the “new view” of safety. Irrespective of the methodology you have adopted and the industry you are in, one thing common to all safety development initiatives is learning and change.
Safety is a value of untapped potential and often undervalued as one of the greatest assets in changing organizational culture.
This Virtual Forum brings together HSE Professionals worldwide and offers a platform to discuss possibilities and learn from each other.
