With more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, Rudolph is an Independent Aviation Specialist at Aviation Consultancy Holland, having its main interest in the area of Airline Management. This includes all activities related to Flight Operations, Maintenance Management as well as Quality and Flight Safety Management. His customers include airlines, MRO’s, military operators, civil aviation authorities and the EU commission. As safety expert, he was involved with various EU development projects, completing various missions in Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Jordan, Egypt, Israel, Lebanon and Syria.

He started his career between 1978 and 1987 as a project leader and scientific researcher for large civil and military aerodynamic development projects at the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory NLR. Then he took on the role of Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer at the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory NLR and became involved as project leader with flight testing and instrumentation of the Fokker 50 and Fokker 100 prototypes. From 1989 to 1991 he held the position of Senior Airworthiness Inspector at the Dutch Civil Aviation Authorities CAA-NL, where he was responsible for the surveillance of Air Operators and Maintenance Organizations.

In 1991, he became Managing Director Quality Assurance at the Maintenance & Engineering department of the Dutch airline Martinair. In this role, he was responsible for the implementation of JAR-145 and the achievement of the FAA Repair Station Certificate. Between 1995 and 1999, he assumed the position of Managing Director – Engineering at the Maintenance & Engineering department, Martinair.

In 2000, he took on the role of Interim Managing Director Design & Engineering of Fokker Services, responsible for the entire coverage of the design & engineering aspects to effectively manage and protect the Type Certificates of the Fokker Aircraft products.

Rudolph brings forward his knowledge and experience by frequently facilitating workshops on various topics for the airline industry in locations such as Amsterdam, Athens, Basel, Geneva and Dubai. He has also been a regular speaker in various Aviation Industry Conferences.
